Recipe systems
In many sectors of industrial production achieving high quality of the final product depends on proper measurement of the quantity of particular ingredients. Often, it is equally important to maintain other process parameters such as the time of mixing or heating, temperature, rotational speed of the stirrer, time of circulation and many more. Recipe weighing is a common practice. Weighing of particular components can be fully automatic or combined with manual feeding of some ingredients. It is important that the system controls the quality of the whole process, and, at the same time is user-friendly, thanks to which errors will be minimized. Such systems are created by us always after carefully hearing the customer's opinion.
Industrial automation
Control and electronic supervision over production are a standard today. We prepare and make control systems from single devices up to the entire production lines, based on logical controls and industrial application computers. We also make systems supervising environmental parameters in the production and storage rooms in accordance with guidelines of GAMP5 for the pharmaceutical and food industry. We also prepare systems on the basis of devices intended for work in zones of explosion hazard in accordance with the ATEX directive.

We have long-lasting experience in installation of industrial automation systems, control, as well as filling and packaging devices, especially solutions based on scales. We offer service of industrial automation systems, fillers, weighing and packaging machines and packaging devices, also by other companies. We make repairs, modernizations and expansions of the existing systems, lines and devices. We prepare and conduct certification of scales devices.
